1. Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our Customer Support team at Info@miklahgiftsets.com within 30 days of receiving the item(s). Please provide your order number and a detailed explanation of the reason for the return.
- Our Customer Support team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number, along with the return shipping address.
- Pack the item(s) securely, including all original accessories and documentation. Write the RA number on the outside of the package.
- Ship the item(s) to the provided address. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe and documented return of the product.
2. Refunds
Once your returned item(s) are received and inspected, we will send you an email notification to inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to the original payment method within [number of days] days. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.
- If your return is rejected, we will provide you with an explanation for the decision and arrange to ship the item(s) back to you at your expense.
3. Non-Refundable Items

4. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the returns process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.
5. Damaged or Defective Items

We will provide instructions on how to return the item, and once received, we will send a replacement or issue a refund, based on your preference.
6. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of damaged or defective items. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
